Deco By The Sea

Deco by the Sea is located 100 metres from Napier's Westshore Beach, a popular surf patrolled swimming beach in Napier. Along the beach frontage is a paved walkway which links many miles of panoramic waterfront around the bay. Also within easy access is the lovely Ahuriri Estuary Reserve and Walkway.

Westshore shops include a diary, hairdresser, pharmacy, café and an award winning fish restaurant and takeaway. The Napier Airport is only 1 km away, the Art Deco city of Napier is a 5 minute drive and a 15 minute drive will take you to the neighbouring cities of Hastings and Havelock North.

Directions from the North (Auckland and Taupo):
Travel south on SH2 towards Napier. Pass through Bay View township and the airport and turn left on SH2 (Meeanee Quay) following the signs to the City Centre. Take the second turn left into Alfred Street and left into Charles Street. Deco by the Sea is the second house on the left.

Directions from the South (Wellington and Palmerston North):
Travel north on SH2 towards Hastings and Napier. About 10 kms before Hastings you will pass Firth Limeworks on your left. Just 1 km on from this point is a left turn for SH50A/Napier. Turn left here following the signs to Napier. SH50A turns into SH50 (Hawkes Bay Expressway). Continue until you pass over Kennedy Road and then on the next roundabout take exit 2 onto SH2B. Continue through the next roundabout staying on SH2B. Turn right onto SH2 (Meeanee Quay) and take the second left into Alfred Street and left into Charles Street. Deco by the Sea is the second house on the left.
